Data & Account Deletion Policy
Last Updated: September 17, 2026 • Scope: DripMate Mobile Application (Android / iOS)
The DripMate mobile application operates on a Zero Patient Identifiers (Zero-PII) & Offline-First model. It does not mandate cloud user account registrations or transmit patient data to remote databases.
Bed tokens, infusion titrations, and shift notes entered into the application are stored strictly inside your device's private local application sandbox (Drift/SQLite). This information is never uploaded to DripMate servers.
1. Instant Deletion of On-Device Data
You have direct and immediate control to purge all local shift records, bed histories, and custom drug templates from your phone:
On the Shift Board screen, completed or dismissed infusions can be permanently erased from local device memory by tapping the "Complete / Dismiss" button.
On your Android device: Navigate to Settings > Apps > DripMate > Storage > "Clear Data" / "Clear Storage". This immediately zeroes the local SQLite database.
Uninstalling DripMate triggers the operating system sandbox to delete all associated local databases, cached clinical notes, and preferences permanently and irreversibly.
2. Helpdesk & Support Email History Deletion Request
If you have contacted our user helpdesk via email for technical questions, bug reports, or clinical feedback, you may request the complete deletion of your email address and ticket conversation history from our mail records.
To initiate this request, simply send an email from your relevant address with the subject line "Data Deletion Request":
3. Google Play & Apple App Store Subscription Records
In-app billing and subscription transactions are managed exclusively by Google LLC or Apple Inc. DripMate servers do not maintain financial or payment profiles. To inspect or cancel active billing accounts, please access your Google Play Store or Apple ID account settings directly.
