Terms of Service, License Agreement (EULA) & Medical Disclaimer
Last Updated: September 17, 2026 • Scope: DripMate Mobile Application (iOS & Android)
DripMate IS NOT a certified medical device, diagnostic system, or therapeutic prescription apparatus. The Application is designed strictly as an auxiliary mathematical calculator, educational reference, and clinical decision support tool for licensed physicians, registered nurses, paramedics, and qualified healthcare professionals.
No computation, rate titration, or score provided by this Application supersedes an authorized physician's written prescription, hospital institutional protocols, or the healthcare professional's independent clinical judgment. Ultimate verification and drug administration responsibility rest exclusively with the administering clinician and attending physician. Always consult qualified healthcare guidance before implementing patient care decisions.
1. Acceptance of Terms & End User License Agreement (EULA)
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the DripMate mobile application ("the Application") from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, you agree to be legally bound by this End User License Agreement (EULA) and Clinical Terms. If you do not accept these terms, do not install or use the Application and delete it immediately from your device.
2. Professional User Profile & Intended Use
The Application is optimized for licensed physicians, registered nurses, intensive care specialists, anesthesia practitioners, paramedics, and medical/nursing students undergoing supervised clinical training. It is strictly prohibited for uncertified individuals to use DripMate for unsupervised patient therapy or self-prescribing drug dosages.
3. Verification Responsibility & Medication Labeling
While the mathematical formulas (NEWS2, GCS, Parkland, drops/minute, mcg/kg/min) and pharmacological databases within DripMate are calibrated in accordance with established medical literature (SmPC monographs, Trissel's Handbook):
- Commercial drug vial and ampoule concentrations may vary across pharmaceutical brands and geographical regions.
- Users are strictly required to cross-verify computed numbers against original manufacturer packaging labels prior to infusing medications.
- Individualized dosing is mandatory for patients presenting with renal, hepatic, or extreme weight anomalies.
4. Y-Site Compatibility Matrix Scope
The Trissel-based dual-drug compatibility engine covers 48 high-acuity drugs. However, multi-infusion line connections (3 or more simultaneous drugs), carrier fluid pH variances, and ambient ward temperature can influence chemical precipitation. Visual line inspection by the bedside nurse remains an irreplaceable clinical safeguard.
5. Apple App Store & Google Play Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms
DripMate Pro is offered through Auto-Renewable Subscriptions under the following standardized terms:
• 1-Month DripMate Pro: Renews automatically each month.
• 6-Month DripMate Pro: Renews automatically every 6 months.
• 12-Month (Annual) DripMate Pro: Billed annually at a discounted rate.
DripMate Pro may provide a 3-Day Free Trial for new subscribers. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription, where applicable.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID (iTunes Account) or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via your platform settings: Apple ID Settings > Subscriptions or Google Play Store > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the active billing cycle.
To ensure uninterrupted clinical workflow in shielded hospital wards, DripMate grants a 72-hour offline grace period to verify renewal entitlements without immediate network access.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the DripMate Team, its developers, and clinical advisors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, medical complications, patient adverse events, or operational losses resulting from the use of, or inability to use, this Application.
