Data Protection & KVKK Clarification Notice

Pursuant to the Turkish Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK No. 6698) and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), DripMate is constructed with an architectural guarantee of Zero Patient Identifiers (Zero-PII).
The application does not collect, record, process, transfer, or upload any patient names, identification numbers, medical history, or clinical records to remote servers. All clinical computations take place strictly offline within your device's isolated local memory.
1. Data Controller Identification
In accordance with Article 10 of Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and GDPR Article 13, the developer entity responsible for technical maintenance and data inquiry processing is the DripMate Team.
2. Processing of Personal Data
DripMate does not require user account registration. Bed markers (e.g., "Bed 1", "Room 4") are temporary local variables stored inside the device's private SQLite sandbox. No protected health information (PHI) is processed or shared with third parties.
3. Rights of the Data Subject (Article 11)
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK and GDPR Chapter III, users retain the right to learn whether any personal data has been processed, request erasure of any helpdesk correspondence records, and reset on-device cached parameters.
